Terms and conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and HVC.social ("HVC.social", "we", "us") for the use of hvc.social and its apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or X, you authorise us to publish the posts you schedule or approve, including autopilot campaigns you set up. You must follow each platform's own terms and policies. We aren't responsible for platform outages, policy changes, rejected posts or account actions taken by those platforms.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, don't pay, or create risk or legal exposure for us or others. After termination we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or revenue, lost data, or harm caused by content you publish. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You agree to compensate us for claims and losses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms or of a social platform's terms.

11. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date and notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
